Jonna & Brendan were one of the first couples to book The Perry House when it was under construction, and they held onto their “faith” that The Perry House would be as beautiful as we promised it would be. Well, they also stopped by often during the process to keep us on our toes and make sure all was progressing well.
Classic Catering and The Perry House were privileged to have the opportunity to help, in a very small way, The Automotive Heritage & Preservation Foundation with their Automotive Fine Arts Show & Auction. Held at The Perry House August 18, 2011, the event helped to raise funds for a proposed Monterey Museum of Automotive Arts that Morris Kindig, Executive Director, states aims to build upon the legacy of Monterey’s storied history with the automobile.

She’s done! Okay, we still keep finding things to add or change to make the experience at The Perry House the best it can be — but she’s done! Being an older (like way older — 1860) building, there was certainly much more to do than we originally thought we were taking on. I know, being veteran renovators we should have known, but one can hope! So, this blog is just about sharing some of the before and after pictures with you and we hope you enjoy the transition as much as we do.
